Hot Air Furnace Description
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is also called Regenerative Thermal
Oxidation Furnace.Referred to as “RTO incinerator”.It is mainly
applied to deal with the low concentration and high air volume
organic waste gas (VOC) .Two-chamber and three-chamber structures
are common in RTO incinerator. Dealing with high air volume can
according to process designed structure .
Hot Air Furnace Advnatage
It has low heating cost, that 20% of the diesel oil, 30% of heavy
oil. Use bituminous coal as fuel and the thermal efficiency is more
than 90%. The coal consumption of 1 ton base powder is about
70-100kg, saving energy of 30-40% compared with that of coal gas.
High cleanliness of the hot air, almost same as the oil-fired. The
dust content is less than 80mg/Nm3, with long cleaning period. All
the hot air enters into the spray tower, and no secondary pollution
during the production.
The hot air temperature is adjustable, from 200 to 800℃, and the
fluctuation range is ±5℃.
